Knock Out Tutorial

This week I stumbled upon a wonderful tutorial by Danielle Young over at danielleyoungdesigns.com. It is how to "knock out" a paper that you have layered on top of another paper so the bottom paper shows through in whatever shape you want.

See the flowers going across the pink paper. It's like I cut them out using a paper punch. Cool, isn't it. I get so excited when I learn something new on Photoshop. It is pretty easy too. I did have trouble at first, but, I sent an email to Danielle and she figured out what I was doing wrong and told me the right way to do it.

The kit I used was called Love Abundantly from Sara Amarie over at SweetShoppeDesigns.com. Super cute!
